We do not offer returns on any retail product. However, we will happily exchange your product with one more suitable, within one week of the original purchase.
We 100% guarantee our services! We offer a complimentary redo with your stylist within ONE week of the original appointment. In the event you are not satisfied with your salon experience please contact us so we are able to schedule you in As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.*Please keep in mind, colour corrections from using box color as well as, going from brunette to blonde often result in multiple services to achieve your desired result, while maintaining the integrity of your hair.
Colour Correction Services
For colour correction services or big colour changes, you will be asked to provide a deposit of $65 to secure your appointment.
If you are running behind, please call or email the salon to let us know. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment to a different date & time. Sometimes we can also run behind. We value your time, so we will give you a call to let you know.
Cancellation & No Show
In order to respect the time of our clients and our stylists, we ask that you send us an email to cancel minimum 24 hours prior to your appointment. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hour notice, we will place a $65.00 cancellation fee to your account. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for no shows. A fee of $65 will be added to your account for a no show.

We Ship with in Canada. Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Items that have been shipped become the responsibility of the postal system once shipped. Unfortunately The Cabinet Salon cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information. Non delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded.
If you live in Toronto and would like to pick up your order at our location to avoid shipping charges please pick the In Store Pick Up option. You will still need to fill out the shipping address portion of the form but we will have your order ready for you to pick up at the salon.
We have a strict no return policy online. If something comes to you damaged please email us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel as we are not responsible for lost, broken, or unclaimed packages. We promise that when your item leaves the shop, it is in mint condition and packaged to the highest of our standards.
